TO SCHEDULE YOUR PET'S SPAY OR NEUTER SURGERY:
Contact the Sumner Spay Neuter Alliance Clinic by calling 615-452-2233 between 10:00AM and 4:00PM, Monday - Thursday or use the online form below:

There are no residential restrictions for service.
 
AFTER YOUR PET'S SURGERY IS SCHEDULED:
  • The night before your appointment, do not feed your pet after 10 pm.  Your pet may have access to water until you leave for the clinic but no food past 10 pm.
    • If your pet is 4 months of age or under, your pet can have food up until 6 a.m. the day of surgery.
  • Check-in at the clinic is 8:00 a.m. for dogs and 8:15 a.m. for cats.  Please do not arrive early.  Patients from the previous day will be picked up from 7:30 to 8:00 and our parking is limited.
    • The address is 720 Blythe Ave, Gallatin, TN  37066.
    • Please have directions before the day of surgery. Our mornings are very busy and we can't always answer the phone before 8:30 am.

  • Cats must be in a secure carrier and dogs must be on a leash.
  • When you arrive at the clinic the morning of surgery, leave your dogs in the car while you come in and complete the registration process.
    • Cats can be brought into the clinic at 8:15 am.
  • You will be asked to fill out paperwork on the pet having surgery.  If you have multiple pets, please fill out one sheet per pet.
  • Animals will have surgery and spend the night at the clinic.
  • Be prepared to pick up your pet the next day at between 7:30 and 7:45 a.m. If you cannot pick up your pet, make arrangements for a friend or relative to pick up.
    • All pets must be picked up before 8:00 am.
  • Allow at least 30 minutes for the patient check in process.
